New Moon’s Among Facebook’s Top Status Trends of 2009

Another list ‘New Moon‘ has topped is Facebook’s top status trends of 2009!

Adding to an already accomplished list of top this-and-thats for 2009 is The Twilight Saga: New Moon’s affect on Facebook users’ statuses.

According to Tech Blorge, The Twilight Saga: New Moon was the most talked about movie on Facebook user status updates.

Movies were, according to the list, the sixth top status trends of 2009, and of all of the movies of the year, New Moon was the biggest buzz-maker.

Facebook has really gained some ground in the world of social networking this year – especially with relation to Twilight. Right now, the Official Twilight Facebook fan page boasts a meager (heh) four and a half million members.

Other films making the Facebook status buzz cut are Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen, Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince, Paranormal Activity, and The Hangover.
