Over the past few days, rumors about Breaking Dawn’s production have picked up as filming on the final installment of The Twilight Saga nears.
While some speculation about casting — and alleged “delays” — is far from true, a reported timetable for work on the films is accurate.

A source close to the production confirms to Gossip Cop that filming will begin in November (as we reported last week) and extend until roughly March 15.

Although the expansive nature of Bill Condon’s two-parter (and size of his cast) means there could be minor schedule tweaks, the timetable is set.

My older brother is an unbelievable photographer. Some people can take amazing photographs of things, but not necessarily of people. Nathan has this ability to capture human emotion through the lens like nothing I have ever seen before (Most of what I am talking about is apparent in his photos taken while he traveled Europe and South America). We decided a few weeks back that we wanted to do a shoot together. Why haven’t we done this before? I don’t know. It seems like it would satisfy both of our artistic desires right? I suppose it can be viewed as very narcissistic that I want my brother to take pictures of me, but its good practice for him to learn to photograph an actress (an art of its own believe me) and I get to take pictures that actually appeal to me. At the very least its tons of fun, and because working with a family member can be challenging, we end up strengthening our bond through every creative endeavor that we do together. With the help of a few friends 5 Sundays ago (Kristin Ess who does hair and contributed theme ideas, and Samuel Paul who does makeup ), we took some rather fun/stylized pictures….

She added that the fan interaction has helped her to squash any out-of-control Internet-generated rumors about her “Dawn” scripts. “At one point, [the fans] were upset because they had gotten the impression that I was choosing not to put the birthing scene in the script, and I was able to go online and say, ‘I don’t know where that idea came from, but of course the birthing scene is going to be in.’ ” Another Net-generated rumor, according to Rosenberg, is that she won’t include the Book of Jacob in the final film. “I don’t know where that idea came from, but that is not true,” she confirmed. “We are going to see Jacob’s perspective equally, so don’t worry.”

Breaking Dawn in 3D Will Be a ‘Creative Decision’

‘A big factor is the perception of our audience,’ Summit’s Richard Fay tells MTV News of adopting the technology.
Summit Entertainment understands the importance of 3-D. Still, there continues to be rampant speculation about whether “Breaking Dawn,” will open as a 3-D release when the first of a two-part finale arrives in theaters next year. But now, another movie on the studio’s lineup may provide some clues about where Summit will take the “Twilight Saga.”

“They’re completely fascinated and intrigued by the technology,” said director Patrick Lussier, who recently wrapped production on Summit’s 3-D action flick “Drive Angry.” “I think Summit has been discovering, as they’ve been seeing the 3-D material and the ease we’ve been able to work with it, is that it’s an incredibly viable format to work in.”
So will Summit’s “Drive Angry” experience — the movie was shot using 3-D cameras rather than converted in post-production — combined with the fate of “Eclipse” at the box office , convince them to deliver their biggest 2011 release in three dimensions?

“That decision has yet to be made,” Summit distribution head Richard Fay told MTV News. “It’s still the source of a discussion.”
While those talks inevitably touch on technological hurdles and monetary interest — owing to the premium-ticket prices that 3-D flicks command — Fay emphasized that the studio is more focused on creative concerns.
“There’s certainly a financial part of the discussion,” he said. “And yes, there’s a certain amount of technology that has to be considered and accounted for. But it really comes down to the creative folks.”

“In any of these roundtables conversations, [Summit CEO] Rob Friedman has always been concerned about the ‘Twilight’ patron,” Fay added. “His concern is always the people that come in to see this movie. He doesn’t want to turn them off or offend. That’s why it’s a creative decision. A big factor is the perception of our audience. What are their feelings going to be? If it lends itself to being a better movie because of 3-D, then that’s the technology we’ll use.”

Summit Entertainment’s THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN will be filmed in both Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Vancouver over the next year starting this fall. The next chapter of THE TWILIGHT SAGA will be released as two separate films with the first of the two slated to be released in theatres on November 18, 2011.

Academy Award® winner Bill Condon will direct both films starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner along with Billy Burke as Charlie Swan as well as returning members of the Cullen Family including Peter Facinelli as Carlisle, Elizabeth Reaser as Esme, Jackson Rathbone as Jasper, Nikki Reed as Rosalie, Ashley Greene as Alice and Kellan Lutz as Emmett.

“So we got him some karate pants, and it’s like the crotch hangs down to the knees, and I just thought, Ugh. Who’s gonna go for this? Because everything has to be approved by Summit,” Monaghan says. “We took them in a little bit, and they loved the karate pants. Who knew? I was so surprised.”

• Emmett wears lighter colors than the other Cullens to showcase Kellan Lutz’s muscles. “Absolutely,” Monaghan says, when asked if this theory about his Old Navy hoodie is correct. “I also knew that the focus was going to be on him and his chase with Victoria in the woods, so I just really wanted to make sure that he stood out amongst all the dark backgrounds…. • Rosalie’s wedding dress was the star of a deleted scene: For Rosalie’s flashback to the 1930s, Monaghan’s department both rented original period dresses and made two ensembles — the one she wore when she was attacked, and her wedding dress. “Unfortunately in the film, we only see her arriving at the door,” Monaghan says, of the latter’s entrance. “I’m not sure why the scene with her floating down the hallway was cut out — maybe it’s because the element of surprise had a stronger impact. They didn’t want us to know in advance who was coming to the door. But we made a silk train for her that floated down the hallway as she kind of hydroplaned down the carpet. . .

July 2, 2010 -- Ashley Greene insults 'Twilight Eclipse' premiere fans who camped out for days at the LA Live just to see the Twilight cast. In London today she told reporters that the London fans were definitely more excited to see the cast members and went out of her way to describe the fans in Los Angeles as 'jaded'.

'I keep saying our European fans, in general, rival LA. I feel like LA is jaded or something. Everyone seems so excited to see us so they are up there, definitely high up.' Ashley Greene tells the media.

Her exact quote gives the impression that she doesn't appreciate the loud screams on the red carpet in Los Angeles last week. Or even the fans who camped out to see the stars walk the red carpet at the premiere in LA. How much louder could the fans scream to get her attention of the sincerity of their love for Twilight?

Really Ashley, you don't think American fans of Twilight are very passionate? Have you looked at the Internet lately?

Comparing the camps of fans is sort of insane really. Everyone pays good money to see a movie they love, but to insult them is way uncool. Does Ashley not realize that most people of the world have Internet and this quote will be seen by American's who love Twilight? Definitely not.

‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ Opens With Record Breaking Midnight Launch

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse ripped into the record books with its midnight launch, grossing over $30 million at more than 4,000 theaters. That surpassed The Twilight Saga: New Moon’s previous benchmark of $26.3 million. Included in Eclipse’s sum was a new IMAX midnight milestone of over $1 million at 192 venues, topping Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’s $959,000.

Additionally, the first Twilight and New Moon were re-issued as a one-off, pre-Eclipse double-feature Thursday night at 2,037 theaters and made $2.4 million. Previously, Twilight took in $1.3 million in its re-issue the night before New Moon’s opening.

Casting the widest opening net ever, Eclipse bit into a whopping 4,416 locations on Wednesday (more theaters are expected to be added on Friday). Iron Man 2 previously held that title with 4,380 locations, while Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince holds the overall record for highest location count ever at 4,455. Eclipse’s count includes 193 IMAX venues, which is just shy of Shrek Forever After’s 194 record. Eclipse’s overall screen count, though, is estimated at 7,600, which is far from a new high.

Though it may have fewer screens than New Moon’s estimated 8,500 due to a more competitive market, Eclipse is packing more than enough showings to satisfy demand over the Independence Day holiday session, which will span six days, from Wednesday through Monday. New Moon shattered the opening day record last November, grossing $72.7 million in its Friday debut (which included its $26.3 million midnight start), and had racked up $178.9 million through its sixth day. It flamed out quickly and ultimately tallied $296.6 million, greatly improving on the first Twilight’s already stellar $192.8 million. Due to burning off demand on Wednesday and Thursday and other factors, Eclipse is not likely to top New Moon’s $142.8 million opening weekend.

Eclipse out in theaters as of midnight of 06/30

Amazing film and a heck of a lot of hotness too. Though I had known this day would come for some time now, I didn't get hit with the right level of enthusiasm until a couple of minutes before the previews started. The trailers that included Harry Potter's Deathly Hallows, Narnia's The Voyage of the Dawn Trader, Julia Robert's Eat, Pray, Love, and Ste Up 3D gave us a glimpse of what to expect in the near future whereas the movie itself was a great product that director David Slade did a fantastic job in bringing to life.

In the Twilight Saga: Eclipse, one can expect a lot of Jasper, Emmett, and a nice background to Rosalie's early life - like the book gave us. The plot itself revolving around Bella's struggle between Edward's, and Jacob's love was portrayed in a clear and effortless way proving that the actors were pretty perfect for their roles.
Of course, Eclipse was nothing without the clear action sequences that one can't help but be fascinated and drawn in by. From the Cullen's practicing maneuvers in front of the wolf pack prior to the Newborn battle to the very battle that would put at further risk Bella's fragile life when Edward struggles to protect her against Victoria an Riley.
The new additions to the cast were simply espectacular, XavierSsamuel making for a great villain as well as Jodelle Ferland's inner struggle to learn what she is and how she must act as the poor lost Bree, an addition to the Seattle vampire army. Bryce Dallas, though no original Victoria was clear enough to bring the conflict in the movie that which would later lead Bella to prove to Jacob that though she loved him no matter what she would always love Edward more.

In the movie theater I was in, the audience was nothing more if very exuberant and sometimes awed by the film. The action sequences were very much enjoyed and can be enjoyed by male theater goers as well as the romance and inner struggle that draw female fanatics to the Saga. Cheers, awws, and claps, could be heard every 10 minutes or so many due to the ilm's smart lines or the actors' themselves making appearences. The highly anticipated kissing scenes do not disappoint and make a point to show how different the couples are whether it be Alice and Jasper sharing a quick kiss to bring some cuteness and fluff, or Bella's kisses with jacob bringing the romantic turmoil to a frenzied high, but no one can of course forget Edward's intimate words and kisses he privys to Bella showing how much he cares and would've done for her had they met in another era like he had been raised to believe and live. A movie would of course not be complete without some slight humor which was proven effective by the much laughter given after Charlie's and Bella's 'awkiward' and somewhat humiliating for both sex talk. Thanks for the lesson Chief Swan.

In the end I believe we should all thank Summit for allowing this amazing Saga to be viewed with our own eyes and not just in our imaginations. Eclipse is after all in my opinion the best Twilight film yet and I hope and know you won't be disapointed.

THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE Premiere – Fan Line and Camping

TWILIGHT Fans are allowed to begin lining up at NOKIA PLAZA L.A. LIVE no earlier than 6:00 am on Monday, June 21, 2010.

Overnight camping is allowed in designated areas only, starting in the Nokia Plaza. Please follow all directions advised by L.A. LIVE and Summit security. Please note, that special wristbands will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and each fan must be present to receive a wristband. Each wristband will be numbered and reserves a space in the Fan Viewing areas for the Eclipse Red-Carpet arrivals in sequential order. The wristbands DO NOT enable access to the Movie Premiere.
Fans will be asked to change location as Premiere set-up begins on the Nokia Plaza on Wednesday morning June 23rd at 6:00am.

PARTIAL LIST OF RULES AND CODES OF CONDUCT:

– ONLY Standard Sized Pop Tents will be allowed
- 4×4 (16 sq. ft.) or less. No oversized tents, staked tents, etc due to limited space
– ABSOLUTELY No Drugs or Alcohol allowed on premises
– No Cooking On-Site or open flame
– No amplified music. All music devices must be used with headset or earphone

Was there a discernable transition making the jump from your earlier, R-rated genre work to the Twilight franchise?

It wasn’t that hard. We have like six decapitations in Eclipse! We smash people’s heads off, bite people’s heads off, I mean — I was amazed we got the rating we did, the MPAA only threw back one thing: we had this one part in the battle where Emmet just tears someone’s face off. The face kind of breaks off into pieces of crystal that shatter. I was like, ‘Whoa, yeah!’ But the MPAA said ‘No, you can’t do that.’ So the shot’s still in there, but you don’t see the face come off, you just see little bits of stuff breaking off.

One of my favorite scenes in Eclipse is Bella’s nightmare. It’s a very dark, nightmarish scenario in which a vision of Jasper looks directly into the camera and comes for the audience.

That was our first day of shooting! I remember that, it was halfway through the very first day of principal shooting.

Considering your genre-specific fan base, how would you like non-Twilight fans to approach the Twilight franchise?

With an open mind. But it is a Twilight film, no doubt. It’s a Twilight film; it’s definitely based on the Twilight material. It’s not an R-rated movie, it is a PG-13 movie. [Pauses] But I do believe it is probably the most violent of all of them.

Emma Roberts Deletes Twitter Account Over Team Edward's Outrage

The niece of Julia Roberts has been scared by nasty tweets from Twihards after revealing that she is Team Jacob during her appearance
with Robert Pattinson in 'The Tonight Show with Jay Leno'.

Emma Roberts has run off her Twitter account following her confession
on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on June 15, E! Online reported.
During her visit, Emma told host Jay Leno that she is Team Jacob, and
although Robert Pattinson, also on the show with her, could take the
avowal with a joke, Twihards were unfortunately not.

"Twilight" fans, who are obviously Team Edward, showered Emma's account with
messages that scare her away. "Team Jacob? Ewwwwwwwww!!!!! >.<,"
one post read. Another post read, "lol it was a bit more then her
declaring herself Team Jacob. She was pretty bitchy throughout the
whole thing but more with Rob."

Though so, there are apparently some rational Team Edward. Feeling sorry about Emma's decision to
delete her Twitter account, a message posted, "Dear Emma Roberts, Sorry
abt our fandom. Please know not all of us act that way. I didn't agree
w/ your Jay antics, but won't cuss you out."

Another post additionally read, "Emma Roberts deleted her twitter? I can safely say
i'm very embarrassed to even be part of 'Twilight' at this point. Rob
made a joke about it!"

On "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno", Emma Roberts admitted that she preferred the wolfpack to the Cullen clan in
the vampire saga. She told Robert Pattinson, "Your hair looks wonderful
in person but I have to say I'm Team Jacob," with the 24-year-old actor
jokingly replying "You've just revealed yourself to have absolutely no
taste."

American actress Kristen Stewart believes that she needs a face transplant as fans have criticized her for looking glum. The 20-year-old Twilight Saga star wants a face transplant so that she can smile and look happy while meeting her fans.

Stewart accepted that fame for her is difficult and she is very often criticized for looking sullen in public.She also admitted that she tries hard to smile and look happy when she's approached by strangers, but can never relax fully, reports News.com.au. "I totally am more comfortable now. I try not to have that thing that people have which is like a celebrity skin and I think that's maybe where I run into problems," Stewart said.

"I have had so many people say, 'Why don't you just play the part? Just like, go smile, talk about whatever they want you to talk about.' It's like, 'I do, I really try to do that.' I guess I should get a face transplant or something... But it's gotten weird. I've like, relinquished control," she added.

But in the end, Stewart has no plans of changing her persona for others.

"People are much better at doing this than I am and that's fine and I'm getting better and whatever, but I'm not gonna try to force myself to do anything," Stewart said on a US TV show Access Hollywood. (ANI)

The engagement ring given to Bella by Edward in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, was a true labor of love, reports InStyle.com, requiring a prop master, five different jewelers, several samples and a multitude of research to finally get the glittering piece to perfection–and up to author Stephenie Meyer’s liking. The task of designing the antique engagement ring–described by Meyer in her Eclipse novel as a delicate piece “set with slanting rows of glittering round stones”–fell on prop master Grant Swain, who tirelessly researched Victorian-era jewelry before calling in samples and hiring four different designers to create various prototypes of the ring. But to no avail: Meyer, unimpressed with the model baubles, took it upon herself to draw up a rough sketch of the ring as she had envisioned it. The illustration was sent to Portland-based jeweler Rick Thurber, who used a computerized image of the drawing to create the end result — a stunning pave-diamond ring that was rushed to the set just hours before filming of the pivotal scene began!
